Here are our Year 2 children from 2HT proudly showing off their 'Mother Nature Designer' collages. The children learned about Artists who are inspired by nature such as William Morris, Henri Rosseau and Henri Matisse. After this, they practised sketching flowers and leaves, before going on to design and make a collage using felt and hessian. The children thought carefully about shapes that would be striking and colours that would work well together. We are sure you will agree that the end results are beautiful, well done 2HT!
