Year 2 are currently learning about life in Scotland and in particular what it would be like living on an inner Hebridean Island as Katie Morag does!
They have been inspired by the beautiful Scottish landscapes they have been looking at during the topic to create some wonderful Struay islands using marbling ink.
Mrs Durrant taught the children how to use the marbling inks and helped them to draw some realistic 3D human features, for example buildings to place on their islands.
